In Latvia you can get a lot more

On January 1, 2018 Lithuania raised it´s drinking age from 18 to 20. This is how one Latvian travel agency uses the situation to advance their business. The advertisement says: "Did you just turn 18? Now you can get a tattoo but in Latvia you can get a lot more".

With a sign above "N-20 18" it is a clear reference to new legal drinking age.
