If your organisation, institution or a company would like to present your work and materials, we welcome that. Posters, leaflets, booklets, books, magazines – whatever you would like to share with others! Take your laptop with you and show a video. What ever you like to do. 
Deadline for registering for a space (and necessary equipment) is September 30. Let us know how much space you need. Do you need a table? A stand?​
We reserve the right to turn down submissions deemed out of scope. If the number of poster submissions exceeds capacity, priority will be given to those who have registered first.
